Job Description
The Guest Service Representative acts as a greeter, transporter, and service ambassador for patients, guests and vendors. The person in this role provides information regarding hospital events, activities and is able to provide accurate directions to all Northwestern Medicine departments. He/she works closely with the volunteers to assure that excellent customer service is delivered on a consistent basis to all people we service. The Guest Service Representative will continuously look for ways to exceed customers' expectations. This role may support additional projects, perform administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements: Minimum: Strong understanding of customer service
Education: Minimum: High School Diploma
