Job Description
Under the direction of the Medical Director and Team Leader of Respiratory Care, provides emergency, critical, and basic care in accordance with the physician's order. Responsible for proper care and operation of the equipment used for providing therapy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - At least 3 years Respiratory Therapy experience - Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills - Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple assignments and balance priorities Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing - Excellent interpersonal skills - Understanding of medical terminology - Ability to use computerized charting Required Education: Graduate from accredited school of respiratory therapy, must be credentialed by the NBRC Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Certifications: BLS, NRP required if working in nursery Preferred Certification: PALS
