Job Description Job Title: Senior Analyst, Commercial Compliance Purpose: Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position. The Commercial Compliance Senior Analyst will assist the larger Field Compliance Team with data analysis, field communication and coaching, KPI reporting, and day-to-day operations for speaker programs, ABS, samples, and third-party supplier activities. Responsibilities: List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope. Address daily operational ABS compliance questions from the field sales force and home office. Monitor, identify, and report on trends with ABS and late entered calls, including help desk case resolution and Veeva call unlocking Maintain appropriate documentation of ABS daily operational tasks. Analyze speaker program monitoring data and action as necessary Review speaker program approval forms to ensure procedure requirements are met; accurately log approved presentations Support the Digital Learning Team by performing monthly reviews of random district manager field trip reports for appropriate coaching content Support Financial Compliance Team in resolution of field personnel expense report discrepancies via iREP data comparisons Partner with Commercial, OEC, and Legal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues Accurate documentation and logging of activities is critical to ensure proper record retention and retrievability Qualifications: List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience. BA/BS or equivalent work experience required. Business, finance, or related field Highly analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact directly with field personnel and provide a high level of customer service Ideally, extensive experience in pharma compliance in the U.S. Must have solid MS office skills including Excel, PP, Outlook (pivot table experience needed for excel) SharePoint Motivated self-starter with proven success in an inactive team environment Work experience as a project administrator, project coordinator or similar role in a compliance related area Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules
