General Information & ResponsibilitiesTo provide appropriate clinical instruction as assigned for the Licensed Practical Nursing Program for Fall semester 2020.Work hours will vary based on the clinical site availability.Description of All DutiesFaculty member is expected to encourage learning by preparing appropriate syllabi; by developing lectures, discussions, and other presentations or activities to enhance the students educational experience; develops, and executes appropriate methods of evaluating students performance; develops, secures, and maintains the equipment and other instructional materials essential to the presentation of the classroom material.Education & ExperienceBaccalaureate degree with a major in nursing combined with one year successful practice as a registered nurse within the past three years is required. Teaching experience preferred. Current Illinois registered nurse license is required.
