Test software deliveries of IO and on-board diagnostics content before releasing to clients. Ensure defects get caught and don't pass to clients.Typical DayCreate HIL test plans, configure HIL benches, connect components to HIL system, run HIL tests, review test results. Work with systems engineers when software blocks are being developed to create associated HIL test plans. Position will be on-site starting day from beginning of assignment.Education RequirementBS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or similar Engineering degree.Technical Skills RequiredUse a DSpace HIL test system. Read and write Git repositories. Wire IO components including on-board control modules, sensors, and output components to a DSpace HIL test system. Execute HIL tests. Analyze the test results finding any errors.
