Senior Engineer (Control Systems Design - Model Based)DescriptionAs a Senior Engineer at Caterpillar, this position is responsible for the design, development, and testing of control system algorithms used in embedded systems using model based control system generation tools on applications including diesel/natural gas engine systems, electro-hydraulic systems, or electrical machine systems.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Engineering
1 year of work experience in embedded control system design & development of diesel/natural gas engine systems, electro-hydraulic systems, or electrical machine systems
1 year (concurrent) work experience with Matlab and Simulink tools for model-based controls systems
In lieu of the above, would accept:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
5 years of work experience in embedded control system design & development of diesel/natural gas engine systems, electro-hydraulic systems, or electrical machine systems
1 year (concurrent) work experience with Matlab and Simulink tools for model-based controls systems
