Amazon Key Account Associate (Hybrid)

This role is hybrid remote with 40% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (2-3 days in office per week) The Amazon Key Account Associate role is an integral part of our sales team. This is an extraordinary opportunity to generate success, drive organizational growth, learn and contribute with a top-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Various day-to-day communication and support of key contacts at customerSupport with product line reviews, customer meetings, customer presentationsImprove the discoverability of Bosch products on Amazon via Paid and Organic marketing activitiesImproving the content of Bosch detail pages, leveraging customer reviews and Amazon specific programsProvide data driven insights as it relates to inventory, promotional efficacy, selection, and market trends (with direction and collaboration from the team)New product and pricing setup/management with customerTracking down and escalating order status and product availability updatesBudget tracking and management for the teamUtilize Excel to develop Power BI interactive reporting tools that generate insight and actionable intel.Educate & inform the organization about Amazon systems, tools, and processesProvide detailed monthly reports covering catalog metrics, track their progress, and provide recommendations that influence change within the organizationParticipate in account planning and execution including tracking of key initiatives
