Job Description

Proactively assist the National Key Account Manager in the development and implementation of Sales strategies for designated Accounts. Through active account involvement, you will assist with development, design and delivery of sales presentations, product line reviews, sales analysis, customer events, trade shows, field executions and other account support. As a KAA, you will also direct account support as needed.

Responsibilities include, but not limited, to:

Communication:

- Own and execute various customer development activities i.e. Customer facing presentations and category responsibility. Direct account responsibility as needed.

- Active communication in establishing Rebate, Co-op and customer specific programs and investments to meet the target goals of the account.

- Liaise with internal departments on status of customer projects, issues and requests. Externally with customer preparing and delivering the Product Line Reviews, status of activities mentioned above.

Reporting/Analysis:

- Provide proactive analysis in Co-op, Rebate and promotional activities to achieve sales targets and address market trends and alignment with customer strategy. Proactively prepare and participate in Product Line Reviews.

Account Management:

- Develop and maintain customer level SKU listings, promotional schedules and work with Key Account Manager onsupporting monthly forecasts.

Administration:

New Item set up; demo account, purchase orders, scheduling and coordination of customer meetings. Assist Key Account Manager with new product listings and coordinating set up with sales operations administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with Business, Sales or Marketing specialization preferred. Customer service, sales or marketing experience required; strong communication skills, analytical abilities, intermediate Microsoft office capabilities. Ability to work well with a team. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
