Job Description
WWW.BOSCHJOBS.COMRobert Bosch LLC seeks a Platform Manager, Sr. at its facility located at 1800 W. Central Road, Mt. Prospect, IL, 60056. Enhances, manages and advances the portfolio of the IT platforms such as Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Axway, and products across Bosch business digital domain that spans eCommerce, Marketing, Web and IoT-based connected products. Applies practices of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM extending to TOGAF architecture practices), User Experience design (UX) concepts, and Bosch Cloud strategies. Engages with various teams across departments and works with other Bosch associates across regions in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific to create innovative solutions which exceed the expectations of Bosch business units and/or external customers. 10% international and domestic travel. Telecommuting: 2-3 days per week.
REQS: This position requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field, plus 5 years of work experience in managing major IT platforms. In the alternative, 8 years of work experience in managing major IT platforms. Per 20 CFR 656.17(h)(4), any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Additionally, the applicant must have experience with: (1). Product management experience for IT platforms such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Salesforce, SAP, Google, or EMC; (2). Internet and Web-based technologies including leading integration technologies such as micro-services architecture, NET-based Web services and APIs; (3). Building products end to end, including product onboarding, build, rollout, run and maintain; (4). Software Life-cycle methodologies: Waterfall Methodology, Agile Methodology and hybrid methodologies; (5). Multiple product stake holders including customers managing requirements, vendors for license management and with offshore teams for task realization; and (6).
