This role is hybrid remote with 40% monthly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (2-3 days in office per week)The Sales Enablement Marketing Manager will be responsible for aligning marketing and sales strategies with Bosch digital sales enablement mobile solutions and web properties to create a seamless digital experience, enabling internal and external sales teams to drive revenue and market share growth for Bosch Power Tools in US and Canada. This role will deploy their knowledge of multi-channel sales processes and marketing content to enable the sales organization to strengthen and build customer relationships and drive conversion. This role will drive sales enablement and conversion through a superior user experience across multiple touch-points, aligning marketing strategy with digital centers of excellence. This role will partner with marketing and sales to enable online sell-through on dealer-owned websites and eCommerce properties, serving as a resource for sales training related to eCommerce topics, available digital solutions, online conversion tactics, and content experience improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:Align with sales, digital, and 3rd-party vendors to align the Bosch sales enablement mobile application (iSales) experience with marketing and business strategyAlign with sales, digital, and 3rd-party vendors to align sales enablement web properties with marketing and business strategyThis role will utilize digital solutions to increase ratings and reviews on owned digital propertiesStay current on evolving sales strategies to ensure parallel alignment of digital experience and marketing strategiesEnable online sell-through on dealer-owned websites and eCommerce properties, serving as a resource for sales training related to eCommerce topics, available digital solutions, conversion and content experience opportunities, and facilitation of content creation and delivery
