The Program Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative field support to our branches through digital cataloguing of paper files and documentation, and other administrative duties to support program organization at the branch level. Duties/Responsibilities- Lead implementation of new cataloguing process at the branch level
- Support the branch in moving processes from paper files to paperless and electronic options
- Responsible for reviewing all physical client and caregiver files and maintaining the general office filing system
- Assist in coordination with internal and external parties regarding project logistics
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills along with attention to detail
- Travel to various field branches up to, or occasionally exceeding, a 1-hour radius.
- Mileage/travel reimbursement will be offered.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Strong communication skills, oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great organization skills.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality in access to information.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- Experience with data entry and working with computers.
- Experience with bookkeeping.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally.
