Job Description
This position is a unique combination of temporary/interim Onboarding Coordinator for our Human Resources Team and Staffing Specialist for our Nursing Dept.
Our HR Rep will be out for 12 weeks, and this person will
initially help cover some of her duties. The long term role is to be the Staffing Coordinator for the Nursing Dept.The Nursing Staffing Scheduler/Nurse and CNA Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily staff schedules for CNAs and Nurses within our center.(Scheduling and coordinating nurses & CNAs and managing call-offs, PTO and other duties.)

Qualifications
As aNursing Staffing Scheduler/Nurse and CNA Scheduling Coordinator, here's what we need from you:- Prior scheduling software experience
- Prior scheduler / nursing staff schedule coordinator experience in a skilled nursing facility is a must
- Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC) is helpful
- experience with central supplies is helpful but not required
