Job Description

The goal of our Call Center Representativeis to provide unparalleled customer service to our pet store clients and their customers. In the role of Call Center Representative, your purpose is to manage and follow up on a pipeline of inbound leads, converting incoming pet inquiries into customer appointments through our online lead management system. This role provides an exciting opportunity for candidates with excellent professional communication skills to join a team with outstanding incentives, commission opportunities, great culture, and a fun environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert aninbound lead opportunities queue into scheduled customer appointments
  • Document & track all customer communication for Pet Store client reporting
  • Meet & exceed daily performance metrics
  • Work with Management and Training Team on continued development of communication skills
  • Provide exceptional customer support

Qualifications

  • Commitment and drive to deliver a great overall customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written – Phone diction & active listening are critical
  • Ability to handle escalated customer service conversations and overcome objections
  • Execution of performance goals and metrics
  • Comfortability receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Actively embraces change and learning new technologies, processes and skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office platform is preferred
