Compensation Analyst

• Creates, develops, and recommends compensation models and conducts job evaluations.• Provides analytical support and data analysis on compensation projects and metrics.• Conducts and participates in salary surveys, market research, and analysis.• Serves as a liaison with external compensation partners and vendors.• Recommends, develops, and evaluates compensation and incentive programs designed to attract talent and maintain market competitiveness.• Researches situations as they arise related to aspects of compensation to provide clarity for resolution in consideration of contract provisions, historical practices, similar situations, etc.• Reports on compensation through the HCM system and recommends opportunities to utilize wage data.• Ensures compliance with federal/state/local laws and regulations.• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.• Other duties as assigned. • Collaborates and Cooperates with Team: Commits to and supports a collaborative and high-performing working environment with peers and managers. • Drives for Success: Seizes opportunities and proactively takes concrete actions to complete tasks.
