DescriptionPhone sales reps, responsible for promoting our client's textbooks and web resources to K-12 schools and college professors across the US, are needed for this part-time position (25 hrs/week) and seasonal (school year). Typical work hours are between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. There is some flexibility in the start time and the weekly schedule.
Strong selling and problem solving skills and a strong customer service orientation
Self-starter who is detail-oriented; effective time management skills
Enjoys connecting with customers by phone
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a good phone presence
Good technical/computer skills are critical (MS Office, Excel, contact systems, web search)
Capable of making 20-25 outbound calls per day
