- Candidate to be experienced and comfortable in supporting high availability 24x7 production and non-production environments.
- Communicate and consult with our client's Environment Team and technical personnel, blending with their team and working together to help identify potential problems and develop solutions.
- Candidate should be highly experienced with Unix, Windows, with the ability to support other technologies that it works with.
- Focus on System Administration expertise for operating system, patching, upgrades and administration, performance tuning, backups/recoveries and monitoring.
- Work with team members and client end users by responding to ticket requests to complete services identified in Service Now
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and remediate issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills and personal accountability to complete tasks in a timely manner
