Job DescriptionFortune 8 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Advisor to join our dynamic team. The Advisor (Manager), FP&A position is an individual contributor role with a primary focus on consolidation, finance metrics, and reporting. This position is at a developing professional level and requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual looking to work for an industry-leading Fortune 8 company.This role is within our Consolidation FP&A group and will play an instrumental role in the success of our team as we help people on their path to better health.Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of professional work experience required. Experience coming from financial services or healthcare industry is strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a Lead Financial role.Preferred Qualifications PBM and/or Healthcare experience. Microsoft Excel experience required. Strong experience using functions such as PivotTables, VLookup, Filters, Macros, etc. strongly preferred. Microsoft Access experience. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently or in a group. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with other teams within the company and be able to adapt to change. Ability to prioritize effectively to ensure all clients are implemented timely and accurately. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.EducationBachelors degree is required.
