ACS group has an immediate need for IBM MDM Tech Lead with Infosphere Standard Edition version 11.5 experience in the IT Industry. This is a 6 month’s contract opportunity and located in Northbrook IL (Onsite is required post Covid). Please review the job description below:

- IBM MDM Lead with Infosphere Standard Edition version 11.5
- Java development experience with RSA/ RAD IDE, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL.
- Must have Experience in Pharma commercial domain. - 10+ (IBM MDM) - 5+ Pharma health care related IBM MDM project experience.
- The client is looking for a candidate who has experience configuring IBM MDM Standard Edition, so even a few years of experience with the tool will suffice. There will also be a hands on testing portion, so candidates must have this experience.
- MDM resource will be helping with FY21 projects, Global Product Master and the Global CCM Registry Hub Project.
- Specific and intimate knowledge with IBM MDM Infosphere Standard Edition version 11.5 software, Websphere tuning and configuration; and Java IBM MDM API Programming & IBM MDM SOAP Webservices Programming and IBM MDM Engine Callout Handlers is mandatory.
- Understand the strategic direction as it relates to project goals and design MDM solution that aligns with project goals
- Design and Develop IBM MDM Java API Utilities and IBM MDM Engine Callouts to satisfy the requirements and designed solution of 3 member and 3 entity

- Design and Develop IBM MDM Java API Utilities and IBM MDM Engine Callouts to satisfy the requirements and designed solution of 3 member and 3 entity types.
- Perform unit, functional and integration testing of developed solution
- Provide support to other team members, ETL, DBA, Solution Architect, Testing team, Business partners who utilize several different programming interfaces to the IBM MDM including MDM SOAP Webservices, MDM application programming interface, and custom engine callouts and MDM utilities such as Inspector.
- Support integration efforts of systems and data through application consolidation / migration / conversion, application integration, and data integration.
- Translate business, and functional requirements into documented technical specifications and other SDLC documentation
- Build and unit/integration test MDM solutions, the in-house built utilities and ECO’s.
- Work closely with DBA to monitor and improve database performance, isolate database issues, including assisting them with the MDM table structures and providing SQL guidance.
- Participate in transition to DevOps model: implement, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes, tools, and environments where appropriate
- Develop application support documentation as required by the application support teams for acceptance of systems changes into production
- Be self-sufficient to understand the needs of the business and identify/create/develop solutions without guidance that fit within the IBM MDM solution and business requirements
- Expertise in IBM InfoSphere MDM Standard Edition version 11.5 and Websphere (WAS) Installation and Configuration and Performance Tuning.
- 10 years of IBM MDM Standard Edition API programming experience, including 5 past projects
- 10 years of IBM MDM Engine Callout programming experience, including 5 past projects
- 10 years of IBM MDM SOAP Webservice programming experience, including 5 past projects
- 5+ years of Pharma/Healthcare related IBM MDM Standard Edition project experience, including 5 past projects in this vertical
- At least 5 IBM MDM Implementations where you served as lead or sole implementor
- Knowledge around MDM householding entities
- Detailed understanding MDM Engine performance and the ability to diagnose MDM logs for performance related issues, including the use of the MDM performance information API
- Develop and deploy Java code, utilize GitHub code repository to store all environment code bases Troubleshooting IBM MDM and Websphere issues
- Unix Shell scripting
- Java development experience with RSA/ RAD IDE, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL.
- Use of API’s and ESB (Mulesoft)
- Knowledge of IBM MDM Command line commands to start and stop application, perform madhub commands
- Development experience with Oracle databases
- Experience in defining data conversion and cleansing strategies
- Experience in leading process and functional design activities, carrying out application design, build, test, and deployment activities
- Excellent written, documentation creation and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Pharma/Health Sciences Customer data, for HCP, HCO, Payer
- Experience doing upgrade of IBM MDM software and Websphere application
