Check out this opportunity with CVS Health.As the Innovation and Business Intelligence Advisor you will be responsible for planning, estimating, forecasting, providing both oversight and day to-day management, leadership, direction, and administration across the full project life-cycle on medium to large size projects. You’ll be collaborating with and influencing other areas within the company to develop analytic models, methodologies, reports or process changes that support company’s strategy initiatives. In this challenging role you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering analytic solutions and accessing data, constructing and manipulating large datasets to support planned analysis, using SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, Python, Altreyx and similar business intelligence tools. You will own problem analysis, solution validation, risk management, issue resolution/escalation and stakeholder engagement processes. You will develop tools / dashboards to support, manage and report on various innovation and reporting strategies, oversee day-today aspects of assigned moderate to complex projects to ensure each project is delivered on-time.Required Qualifications 3- or more years of T-SQL (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS) or PL/SQL programming is required with strong skills in writing advanced SQL functions and procedures 1 or more years of experience in batch extracts, transform load ( ETL) tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services or Informatica 1 or more years of Python coding experiencePreferred Qualifications Experience providing business-related/and or technical subject matter expertise on large, highly complex reporting projects and business analytics to support management, multifunctional departments, staff members and peers Expert at developing complex product development initiatives from concept through release. Expert at developing innovative analytic approaches leveraging internal and external data sources. Strong organizational, multi-tasking and follow up skills. Ability to interact with others in a professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks. Aptitude to communicate complex analytic findings and conclusions in an easy to understand way. Experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data and then using it to draw conclusions. Explore and recommend emerging technologies and techniques to support/enhance the Business Intelligence components Provide leadership and mentor team with use of business knowledge and analytics expertise Provide a leadership role in the definition and prioritization of customer and stakeholder expectations, including ensuring that projects are completed in manner that ensures successful Ability to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of new domains and underlying data sources Exposure to CVS Rxclaim and Teradata systems Excellent Problem Solving Skills Exposure to RPA tools such as UIPath, BlueplanetEducation

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
