The CompanyTeletrac Navman is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider leveraging location-based technology that empowers people managing mobile assets to move their business forward with certainty.The PositionWe’re looking to add a Senior Product Manager to join Teletrac Navman. You will be responsible for all product management activities for construction solution offerings including SaaS, IOT devices/hardware and related telemetry products. You will join a growing product management team and partner closely with other PMs to grow and manage your specific products & solutions.In this role, you’ll get to:

Strategic market planning, business case development, creating business plans for major investment decisions for your product lines. Ownership of product commercialization for your product lines globally.

VOC and competitive analysis to understand customer needs. Lead customer panels & visits, participate in sales calls to engage with customers. Define roadmap, product requirements, specifications, EPICs, and user stories.

Cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Ops, Sales, Marketing, & Partners to develop integrated product offerings.

Perform deep analysis of construction markets to identify opportunities for technology & solutions to transform the industry.

Measure & deliver product line financial metrics e.g., customer growth, contract value and operating profit. Provide a periodic review of the product plan & roadmap and progress to senior management.

Liase with sales, marketing CSS to support and manage customers & partners challenges. Support & respond to RFPs

Train sales & marketing + support teams in use cases, market & competitive positioning. Work with GTM teams to bring products to market – deliver presentations, webinars, and industry panels.

Negotiate & manage partners and suppliers. Work closely with supply chain teams & operations to launch new devices.

Sunset /EOL legacy devices products as needed and provide a transition path for customers.

Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent. MBA Preferred.

7-10 years as a Product Manager in the software industry.

3-5 years construction industry experience building technology solutions must have. (Telematics experience is preferred.)

SaaS business models experience a must have.

Experience with launch/scale/ sustain/ troubleshoot/EO of products.

Demonstrable prior experience for key responsibilities mentioned above will set you apart from the rest.

Ability to travel/internationally 10-15%, customer sites, construction sites – when required.

The base compensation range for this position is 120,000 to 180,000 per annum.
