Description
The individual will support process owners in the sales group to document procedures and draft RFP's. Prior procedure or technical writing experience is key, preferably with exposure to software or data management. Here are high-level job duties and skill set requirements:- Collaborate with Project Analysts, Team leaders and Risk partners to determine, document, edit, and retain Teams business line and technical development procedures including project development checklists, process workflows, and user training materials.
- Provides consistent and uniform written descriptions of micro/minicomputer-generated reports in accordance with established documentation procedures.
- Continually monitors system changes to ascertain effects on system documentation.
- Participates in the development of documentation standards.
