The Program Manager, Training and Awareness is a people-focused position within Information Security and Risk Management. We drive employee engagement to embed security into the DNA of the organization. Our goal is to foster a security-focused culture, by empowering employees through education and awareness on how to safeguard our information and assets. The Phishing Program Manager will drive and support the development, execution, review, and maintenance of our corporate Phishing program. In this role you will manage the overall program to create new processes and solutions within an existing Security Awareness Program. Partnering with our security operations team, you will support the processes related to the existing platform, including the development and deployment of monthly campaigns, liaison with platform vendor, and manage status communication for leadership and executive stakeholder on program metrics. This role will also drive ongoing improvements to the existing simulated phishing campaign strategy, third party support, and solution implementation. You will collaborate with the leadership team to deliver effective and evolving strategies and phishing campaigns to increase employee awareness and raise the cultural bar on security risks and the role employees play in safeguarding our information and assets. This role will work directly with security and business stakeholders (HR, IT, legal, compliance) across the company to increase understanding and practical implementation of security phishing best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the strategy and implementation of scalable security awareness and training initiatives that help inform and educate employees & contractors regarding security risks and practices.
  • Manage the various components and associated tasks for the existing corporate Phishing program, to ensure monthly simulated Phishing campaigns are done in a timely manner and stakeholder follow up is completed
  • Deliver and or coordinate delivery of monthly Phishing University sessions
  • Help to define, aggregate and report monthly Phishing campaign metrics and distribute reporting to executive stakeholders per committed SLAs
  • Triage and respond to open activities and questions related to monthly campaigns and program processes
  • Assess the various audiences for security awareness materials/initiatives and develop custom engagement strategies.
  • Assist with all aspects of development and rollout of relevant and engaging security trainings and ensure acceptable participation/completion levels are achieved and tracked.
  • Drive a Phishing program ambassador strategy and rollout
  • Solicit ongoing program feedback to nurture cross-functional relationships and align and strengthen the security awareness program, including global/OUS training
  • Collaborate with global/OUS team members to support customized training
  • Support special Phishing programs (October Cyber Awareness Month)
  • Maintain ongoing development of knowledge base of training and educational materials adjusted for the changing cyber landscape
Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 7+ years of experience managing comprehensive programs, with at least 1 year in a security department
  • Background in security training and awareness experience preferred
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new responsibilities and a dynamic work environment
  • A positive attitude and attention to detail
  • Experience with developing and delivering security training via various mediums (in-person, virtual, hybrid, global)
  • People leadership experience and skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Office 365) and SharePoint
