About the Role:

Provides general administrative, marketing, and database support to a group of sales professionals. Responsible for preparing proposal, presentation and communication materials. Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information. Review and maintenance of existing data platforms used for all listings.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinates and oversee internal data platforms as it relates to listings and contacts. Updates and maintains all changes in pricing, extensions, cancellations, and closings. Ensure data accuracy and links across various platforms. Administrator and coordinator of Apto Database. Generates standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Captures supporting documentation to complete Brokers' commission payments while abiding by company accounting policies as well as local and national laws.
  • Maintains CBRE brand, product, office and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including proposals, flyers, tour books, maps, floor plans and qualification packages.
  • Gather data from sources to update and maintain internal sale comparable by use of supervising spreadsheet for use in property valuations.
  • Reviews marketing material specifications and acts as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing and various property data.
  • Leads the preparation and production of customized, property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Schedule sophisticated on/offsite meetings and conferences. May schedule appointments keep calendars and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.
  • May coordinate advertising schedules and placement with local centralized marketing group.
  • Tracks, collates and maintains inventory of marketing materials.

What You’ll Need:
  • Associates degree (A.A.) preferred.
  • 3+ years with providing administrative support to teams of professionals
  • 2+ years in the Real Estate industry.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts with the ability to conduct basic financial analysis.
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to edit templates in Power Point and/or InDesign.
  • Strong marketing knowledge desirable.
