Manage and facilitate full life cycle projects
Create and maintain project plans and documentation
Facilitate standup, planning and retrospective meetings
A track record of managing projects within a software solutions environment
Strong understanding of the SDLC
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, along with strong facilitation and collaboration skills
Leads teams of two to ten people: Provides purpose, direction and motivation to project teams.
Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria, as well as team roles and responsibilities.
Ensures the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects.
Mentors and coaches project team members as appropriate.
RequirementsRequirements of the position:
Bachelor's degree required OR Two to five years project management experience successfully delivering technology- based projects required
Strong communication skills electronically and verbally
Ability to collaborate among multiple teams and work on concurrent projects.
