- 2+ years’ experience working with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud to develop, analyze, and distribute reports and dashboard in support of a sales or marketing team.
- Statistical accuracy and ability to work with numbers is required.
- Understanding of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, SAP, and BI tools
- Strong organizational skills

- New construction team dashboard related to ALN & Dodge
- Clean-up/archive Salesforce reporting.
- Create best practices for insight discovery by standardizing, recommending, and prioritizing metrics & dashboards to improve reporting across Salesforce.
- Provide Salesforce support to users and partner with IT to maintain trusted queries, user security, and develop & test new reports
- Support sales team by maintaining user access across Salesforce and SAP
- Identify, correct, and prevent quality issues through data governance and validation tools
