Job Description
Typical job tasks may include:- Provide instructions to users on various types of technology hardware/software, computer systems, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and support computer and network systems, as well as networked phone systems.
- Setup, install, upgrade, and configure computer systems and devices, including printers and phones.
- You will be given various special projects. With these, you will independently problem solve in order to carry out repairs &/or solutions for the center or end user.
Qualifications
What we need from you:- Prior experience in a similar role
- Prior experience in IT user support & training
- Knowledge and experienced in pulling and fishing wires within existing structures is essential
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals in English
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Must pass a criminal records background examination
- Submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test and physical.

About our company:We currently manage 12 medical facilities in the greater Chicagoland area. These locations are skilled nursing facilities, short term physical rehabilitation centers and inpatient behavioral health facilitates. Some of the buildings are new construction while others are older and may require re-wiring to support our growing IT needs - therefore knowledge and experienced in pulling and fishing wires within existing structures is essential.
