Job Description
As a Shipper Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling transportation services to prospective customers. Working individually but within a team you will be reaching out to both customers and potential customers and growing your own business portfolio. This will be a mixture of inside and outside sales as you will be responsible for maintaining communication and providing the best service for each of your customers. With this, each person will have exposure and ultimately control of their own marketing, sales strategy, and pricing for each customer.
Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of sales experience (logistics sales preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
