Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the physician practice office. Responsible for supervision of site staff, that patient billing is completed in a timely manner and consistent with the billing policies and procedures. Ensures site quality of care and patient-oriented cost effective service. Participates and is responsible for monitoring budget and assist in budget preparation to ensure cost effective service.Education:Bachelors’ Degree preferred; will accept a combination of education and experience in lieu of degree.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Multi- site outpatient care experience 3-5 years + preferred Previous supervisory experience Two years budgetary analysis and management experience preferred 3-5 years in managed care setting preferred Multi-site practice management, utilization management techniques managed care Protocols and billing systems. Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively and pro-actively with patient’s physicians, employees’ health plans, vendors and other contacts. Working knowledge of scheduling program and customer service telephone software Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records system. EPIC a plus Problem solving skills and excellent communication skillsSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; 8 hours shift; 80 hours per pay period (2020-1208)Rush is an equal opportunity employer.
