This position manages a team and builds the talent pipeline.What You'll Do:

Executes plans and projects to support business strategy, per direction of Directors, Assistant Vice Presidents (AVPs), and Vice Presidents (VPs)

Works to identify opportunities to better align their area of responsibility with business strategies

Provides feedback on cost recovery (if any), budget, and investment priorities in their area of responsibility

Actively participates in governance activities

Provides input to business and technology planning

Identifies if implemented services, products, and solutions are consistent with the business architecture

Collaborates with product managers to drive product strategy through the definition of customer and market needs

Enables the leveraging of data to drive product results through application of technology and analytics

Makes suggestions and assists in developing process improvements that impact customer satisfaction and relationships

Holds team accountable for process adoption

Provides budget details to Directors, AVPs, and VPs for review and incorporation

Ensures team(s) stays within budget

Executes service performance improvements

Works with Architects to ensure the effective implementation of tools and technologies that make it easier to do work, and increase effectiveness among team

Works with business groups, product teams, and other internal teams in their area of responsibility, and external service providers to establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) that support business objectives

Works with Vendor Managers to provide recommendations throughout the vendor negotiations and contract development processes

Works with Vendor Managers on reviewing service provider performance over the life of established relationships and reports as appropriate

Establishes measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business and organizational goals

Provides input to Directors and AVPs to forecast new skill requirements based on emerging technologies

Executes appropriate communication, process and educational plans for mitigating the disruption of change

Works with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to manage change within the team, and executes any change management plan

May act as a change sponsor

Provides MuleSoft platform solutioning, presentations, RFP response preparation, Demos, POC (Proof of Concept) support, etc

Enables teams to understand the benefits and use cases of MuleSoft

Creates internal and external facing practice collateral including services guides, solution descriptions, reference architecture, blogs, etc

Supports Mulesoft service delivery projects in-flight both remotely and on-site (when necessary), lending Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to review plans, designs, deliverables, etc

Puts together integration strategy for the practice enterprise wide to be adhered

Works with other enterprise leaders and extend leadership to put together joint stories whenever necessary

Establishes certification plan for MuleSoft consultants

Incorporates best practices into the project methodology along with the MuleSoft product vendor

Works to effectively communicate and report out key MuleSoft success stories

Works on API lifecycle from requirement to deployment and has designed API led connectivity flavors

Performs other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Typically requires 6 or more years of subject matter experience and business/industry work experience, with extensive knowledge of one process/service

At least 1 year of direct or indirect leadership experience; Experience with managing large teams (minimum 20 people organization)

Experience in playing a leading team role and building relationships with people at a variety of levels; Experience managing Analyst and Partner relations

Experience with leading and delivering integrations programs in insurance space, specifically, on building API Management solutions using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform

Experience with MuleSoft C4E, integration platform, Cloud/SaaS applications, SDK of packaged applications, legacy applications, and Salesforce integrations

Mulesoft 3 or 4 certified is a plus
