These products and services, backed by their global network, provides exceptional value to help their customers succeed.Volt is immediately hiring a Computer or Electrical Engineer, in this role you will develop, improve, and troubleshoot electronic/electrical hardware used in an array of machine systems. This generally includes the development of product requirements, analysis and simulation, electronic component selection, schematic/layout development, and platform verification and validation.This is a 12 month contract and pays up to $43 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital electronic hardware design
  • Advanced proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, analysis, and simulation.
  • Experience developing and executing component validation activities
  • Experience with optics, environmental testing, electromagnetic testing, RF or autonomy
  • Experience with technical documentation - writing test plans and reports, creating technical presentations.
Education Requirements:
  • B.S. Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 1-4 years on the job required in addition to education experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams or Slack for file sharing and communication
