- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineer, Materials Engineering, Material Science, Industrial Engineering or similar discipline.
- Candidate must be able to understand the processes and results of various chemical processes and manufacturing operations.
- Candidate must have knowledge of metallurgy processes, including heath treating, steel composition, thermal and mechanical properties of various iron and carbon steels would be helpful.
