DescriptionAccountemps is looking for a collector in the Western Surbubs
Credit and collection calls via telephone, follow-up emails
Handling disputes and cash application discrepancies
Monitor assigned clients
Meet with supervisor on a plan of action and appropriate credit limits
Maintain and/or create process documentation
