Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. With Oracle s innovative culture; unique track record of delivering popular software platforms, and unparalleled ability to maintain a pulse of enterprise customers we are the only company on the planet delivering compelling services at every layer of the cloud.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include:Managing project-level plan, issues/risks, status, etc.Managing stakeholder expectations.Driving product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver on requirements.Facilitating cross-silo communications and decision making across team, division, and company.Facilitating Project Leadership Team meetings.Being a single-point of contact and escalation point for Project Managers, Business Owners.Defining and managing project schedules.Producing weekly status reports and attending weekly status meetings.Producing executive-ready communication.Managing multiple projects through project lifecycles.Experience needed to succeed:2 years of product, marketing, or operational experience potentially including: Software Development Lifecycle processes; software testing standards, practices, methods and tools; Release Management; and Operational processes.Professional maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.2-5 years managing and delivering projects, programs, and/or events.Excellent organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Experience communicating 1:1 with end-user customers and presenting at conferences a plus.Experience teaming with Director-level and line level stakeholders in a large enterprise organization to establish and maintain roadmaps, set appropriate expectations, and ensure our products and services meet our high standards of excellence.Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through internal and external organizations and individuals.Experience working with project management software such as MS Project; process flow authoring software such as MS Visio, and issue tracking software such as Atlassian Jira or GitHub.Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban Certified Scrum Master a plus.Active involvement with Cloud servicesFamiliarity with cloud concepts and terminology.Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.Job: Product DevelopmentOrganization: OracleTitle: Program Manager/IC2Location: United StatesRequisition ID: 20000JHC
