TITLE: Remote Senior Project Manager
Location: REMOTE The GBS Senior Project Manager supports and improves Merger and Acquisitions Integration projects. As most initiatives impact division technology departments, this position requires a broad knowledge of the company, divisions, and key functions. The position is responsible for successfully leading and delivering multiple Merger and Acquisitions integration projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Direct Integration teams and drive the execution of the project schedule, scope, and budget throughout the project life-cycle.
- Will lead the communication plan facilitating project sponsor meetings, team meetings, and status reports. They will provide project presentations to executive leadership groups and review and provide input on project deliverables.
- Foster high reliability by initiating process improvement opportunities based on past project experiences and leads the business sponsor, stakeholders and project team to identify lessons learned and champions the improvement opportunities.
- Execute Project Management and SDLC disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience
- Experience working in the Mergers and Acquisitions Integrations project space.
- 7 years of experience managing software and infrastructure projects, including global teams in multiple locations and time zones.
- 7 years of technical project management experience focused on global implementations with medium to high levels of complexity.
- Experience producing detailed project schedules and resource requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - must be comfortable speaking and writing to C-level audiences, as well as technical audiences.
- Extensive experience in project reporting, including executive-level briefing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field
- PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certification preferred, but not required.
- Ability to drive results by creating an environment that motivates, inspires, and respects others' contributions.
- Ability to drive consensus among various stakeholders, including technology management and third parties.
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and to collaborate effectively with technology, application, compliance, and audit personnel at multiple levels.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and cope with conflicting deadlines.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with all levels of the organization and across functional and technical teams.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
