Job Description - Full Stack .NET Developer - Relativity - Remote
FULL STACK .NET DEVELOPER - RELATIVITY A global professional services organization is looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join their expanding team. The Full Stack .NET Developer will be part of the engineering team responsible for software development, maintenance, monitoring, problem resolution of development solutions with or within SQL Server, .NET, Relativity or other tools that relate to eDiscovery applications, databases and workflows. You will participate in various projects from inception of the project through the maintenance phase. This team is highly collaborative and involves a teamwork approach and close coordination with other departments across all levels of the organization to receive and translate requirements into sound technical solutions and execute to deliver high quality development solutions. Excellent communication skills are required. Responsibilities: Responsible for the creation and maintenance of moderate to highly complex software solutions (including data infrastructure, reporting, and UI) that address the needs of the users and stakeholders. Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle which include requirements gathering, solution design, application development, and system testing. Participate in implementation and training to support new programs and systems. Analyze end user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions which interface with existing applications. Maintain documentation for all work processes and procedures. Make improvement suggestions and adhere to all approved work changes for the team. Interact and partner effectively across all appropriate internal business teams. Provide backup support for all work and project efforts as needed. Comply with company and industry-specific InfoSec policies through design and development. Participate in major upgrades to Platform software. Participate in training on business functionality for system end users. Ensure quality by completing thorough dev testing and working closely with QA team. Acts as a technical liaison to other departments and may be responsible for providing support to the organization's Case/Client efforts using technology and critical thinking. Works on the team that is responsible for development and maintenance of custom applications and solutions in Relativity platform. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field, or comparable business/technical experience. 5+ years of experience of .NET application development experience which includes: programming, data management, collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex data sets. Full stack experience using Visual Studio and C# .NET, writing both client and server-side applications. 3+ years of Relativity Custom Application development experience E-Discovery or Legal Industry experience desired Experience with shell scripting and 3rd party APIs to develop custom applications. UI dev using Angular / Angular 2 framework, .NET MVC, and .NET Core nice to have Demonstrated ability to write T-SQL queries and knowledge of relational database principles and best practices. Demonstrated ability to develop alternative solutions to complex problems and recommend the best solution to the business and project team. Demonstrated advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated mastery of test strategies, test plans, and test execution. Experience with Microsoft Windows server infrastructure. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible for making an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis. Adaptable and able to learn quickly, Demonstrates both attention to detail and ability to understand the big picture.Vacancy expired!
