Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be responsible for fixing order entry issues, writing SOPs and training documents, coordinating, and gathering business requirements, and testing system changes. This resource will be responsible for leading systems requirements delivery for initiatives covering SAP ECC utilizing modules (FI, CO, OTC, & P2P) as well as SAP BW, web, back office, data warehouse, reporting, business intelligence and analytics platforms. He or She will work closely with Project Management, Design and Development, Quality Assurance, Production Support and executives across various Business units.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead cross-functional teams to lead facilitation, Elicitation and Development of System requirements for SAP Order to Cash, back office systems, data warehouse, reporting, and analytics platforms to support various Business units

Work across the Business organizations including teams responsible for products, fulfillment, customer service, finance & sales; also with IT on project and program management, solution architecture, design and development, quality assurance and production support

Develop and implement mentoring, training, coaching, performance feedback, regular evaluation for associates of the requirements team members

Demonstrated 1 year of development and implemented mentoring, training, coaching, performance feedback, regular evaluation for associates of the requirements team members strongly preferred

Lead and manage continuous improvement planning deliverables

Ensure that solutions are being delivered are per standards of availability, scalability and security point of view and that are done on time with highest quality

Ensure that standards and guidelines are created for all aspects of systems requirements

Ensure that all delivery artifacts are reviewed and are according to the standards and guidelines for the systems being supported (SAP ECC SAP BW, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com)

Provide support and maintenance for the services being offered to the business and the environments in which they are offered

Ensure that SLAs are being met for services with the design development teams, vendors and project teams responsible for execution (development, implementation, transformation, and maintenance).

Work with hardware, software and services vendors

Provide strong and deep technical insights in various disciplines across delivery

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices

Establish and maintain competence in current and planned versions of products

Understand the use of industry tools / technology & their impact on project & operational goals

Assist in process improvement initiatives by working across technical teams to enhance the systems, processes, and controls to ensure effective development, monitoring, and support is in place Represent Wolters Kluwer within the industry by developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Wolters Kluwer products, industry trends and general business and financial acumen through various sources and initiative. Communicate Wolters Kluwer competitive advantage to customers in a compelling articulate manner in speech, writing and formal presentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in related field

5 years of relevant experience in broad IT with experience with Enterprise Architecture, Project and Program Management, Systems Design and Delivery, Quality Assurance, Production Support and Infrastructure

Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ERP

Experience with Business Analysis

Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting, and making verbal and written presentations

Demonstrated experience in taking the high-level enterprise strategy and blueprints and converting into system level deliverables for delivery
