DFS Corporate Services LLC seeks Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack in Riverwoods, IL to develop and maintain full stack solutions to fit business needs. Work directly with business partners to analyze business requirements. Develop and maintain complex front-ends with a focus on user experience. Develop and maintain backend systems. Work directly with business partners to understand requirements and outline solutions. Work with the engineering team to innovate on and enhance their development practices and processes. Support live systems to ensure business continuity. Create and maintain devops processes, application infrastructure, and utilize cloud services, including database systems and models/schemas. Promote a risk-aware culture to ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: performing test driven development; performing behavioral driven development; working with XP and paired programming principles; implementing software development practices, including Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Pair Programming utilizing XP practices; utilizing Agile methodologies; developing Cloud computing micro services utilizing Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and consuming partner services; designing and developing restful APIs utilizing Spring Boot and Java; deploying applications in PCF; utilizing Gradle as building tool and Jenkins for Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD); developing and executing unit test cases utilizing Junit and Mockito framework; utilizing AppDynamics to monitor health checks; and utilizing MariaDB as backend to perform all CRUD operations. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in one of the above-listed fields of study and two (2) years of experience in the above-listed areas.
