Provides support and guidance to the business and Human Resources on compensation-related issues.Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.Responsibilities· Provides leadership and counsel on the design and implementation of compensation projects, programs, policies, practices, and procedures.· Conducts market analyses and research to support compensation decisions and program recommendations.· Partners with Human Resources to ensure competitive market position. Ensures market positions allow for the ability to attract, retain, and motivate employees and candidates.· Leads and develops efforts to ensure company compliance with regulatory requirements.· Ensures compliance with organization policies and procedures.Minimum QualificationsAt a minimum, here’s what we need from you:· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field· 6+ years of experience in Compensation Analysis and Consulting· In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Compensation Analysis and ConsultingPreferred QualificationsIf we had our say, we’d also look for:· CCP (completed)· Strong compensation consulting/compensation design skills in financial services or related industry· Advanced analytical skills· Ability to work independently/with little supervision#LI-BP1 #RemoteCompensation:The base pay for this position generally ranges between $74,000.00 to $124,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
