- Responsible for serving as Lead Engineer for access provisioning, governance, and administrative needs across the core organization and its acquired entities.
- This role will advise and consult organizational Business/IT teams and leadership on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) strategy, solutions and best practices based on corporate standards and IAM industry trends.
- The selected candidate will work on leading and expanding the adoption of corporate standard IGA solutions including on-prem and cloud IGA products such as SailPoint’s IdentityIQ and Micro Focus Identity Manager.
- Ensure that business partners and employees have the right access to the right systems at the right times for the right reasons.
- Act in a strategic capacity as a senior technical expert for all Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) technologies, tools and processes across the organization
- Develop and direct IAM teams in investigation and resolution of complex security, and access management problems
- Provide input to the IAM capability roadmap and strategy
- Work with Business as well as IT teams to gather information necessary to determine the appropriate method for access provisioning and influence the adoption of our centralized access management provisioning and governing solutions across the organization
