- Responsible for assisting with the implementation of new pricing strategies and quarterly index updates for new originations.
- Responsible for working with internal departments to ensure that necessary parties understand the explanation of those strategies, and that strategies are implemented and communicated properly across all areas of the business.
- Responsible for monitoring competitor pricing trends to be leveraged in strategy development.
- Works closely with personnel across all functions, including Senior Management, in determining solutions that contribute to various strategy efforts, pricing systems enhancements, and other initiatives designed to grow the business, sales volume, and revenue.
- Lead/Project Manage a cross-functional team that will support all Pricing and Index changes without implementation errors.
- Enhancing the existing pricing implementation processes and materials to reduce business risk and introduce automation where applicable.
- Enhances procedures and controls to ensure alignment with the current process along with any process improvements.
- Monitor pricing validation reporting, investigate discrepancies and drive concerns to resolution and enhance process as necessary.
- Stays abreast of competitive pricing trends and creates pricing intelligence used for key initiative and strategies as well as analytics, client and product strategies, and risk assessments.
- Live Implementation Support will be required (includes nights/weekends quarterly for index implementation and as needed for Pricing Strategy Implementation)
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Pricing, Strategy, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Pricing, Financial Services, Management Consulting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with Project Management
- In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Financial Services, Transaction Processing, Management Consulting, or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Pricing, Strategy, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Pricing, Financial Services, Management Consulting, or related field
- 4+ years of experience with Project Management
