- FAA Strategy Execution team is seeking highly motivated candidates, who will be responsible for design and maintaining Fraud and Authorization infrastructure, establish Fraud Rules governance framework, and ensure the framework is adhered to daily fraud rules implementation.
- This role will work with technology and business stakeholders across different internal teams and product vendors to identify opportunities and provide solutions in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- The role is mission critical in keeping our fraud losses to plan as we continue to ensure the right level of fraud detection for millions transactions processed each day.
- Analyze business requests, groom requirements with technology partners, and facilitate testing and implementation.
- Track and report metrics related to daily fraud rules implementation.
- Maintain detailed implementation documentation in the form of flows and procedures
- Work with business partners to resolve defects; ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Drive discussions between business, technology, and the product vendors to implement new capabilities on the Fraud Decision Platform
- Proactively identify opportunities and improve implementation efficiency
- Promote a riskaware culture, ensure effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.
- Strong project management skills, lead project with minimum guidance
- Understand business concepts & business needs, and provide solutions
- Experience with Decision Management Tools, experience with SAS FM is a plus
- Proficiency with SAS and SQL
- 4+ years’ work experience in Software development
- Proficiency with Unix & Windows operation system
- Expertise in Unix scripting, SAS programming, Snowflake, SQL, VBA Scripting, Perl, Python
- Proven ability to prioritize within a fast-paced environment, and deliver tasks under tight timeline with minimum guidance
- Problem solving ability that can research alternatives to determine best solution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or other technical field Desired Skills:
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle: requirements gathering, design, coding and testing
- Credit Card or Financial Services industry experience
