Job Description We are looking to hire you, a proficiently skilled Sr Manager, to lead our department. As the manager, you will be leading and developing new products and enhancing others while working with newer technologies. Some of the products and areas of focus of the department are eWallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), balance transfer and credit management initiatives, card member engagement, and card promotions. Our teams work in a dynamic environment with mythologies such as pair programming, test driven development, and agile. Responsibilities:- Manages software ownership and development from initial concept through continuous improvement.
- Coaches and mentors team members.
- Supports individuals to achieve their individual development goals.
- Utilizes Agile and Lean practices to identify an solve systemic issues
- Utilizes tools to support data driven decision making. Identifies and removes blockers to enable the team to meet business goals.
- Consults with management in the analysis of short and long range business requirements and recommends innovations.
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or other related field
- 8+ years Application Development experience
- 2+ years People Management
- Servant leadership mindset, Scrum Certification, Experience in Java, Spring and Front End Technologies, Experience in DevOps and DevSecOps, Experience with CI/CD
