Job Responsibilities:
  • The Employee Experience group within our client is hiring a Technical Project Manager to assist with the implementation of a new client operating environment based on the Microsoft Modern Workplace architecture and the full Microsoft 365 stack including security, networking and modern device management of Windows 11.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the various product teams to define activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and associated resource requirements for project(s).
  • Provide project communications, reports, ensuring effective exchange of project deliverables to identify, analyze, prioritize, and mitigate project risks using best practices.
  • Assist with technical feasibility implementation approach, deployment strategies, and QA
  • improvement efforts by encouraging collaboration with product partners to refine project scope and objectives.
  • Contribute to product development activities, feature definition and iterative release cycles based on priority and importance to MVP.
  • Achieve operational objectives by supplying information and recommendations; preparing and completing action plans; helping to identify and resolve problems; deployment planning and execution.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Confirmed experience in project planning and management, ideally in an Agile environment.
  • Microsoft 365 experience with awareness of the various components of identity, endpoint management, and the security ecosystem is preferred.
  • Experience in requirements documentation, reporting and management in Jira.
  • 5+ years of previous experience as a project manager. Strong teamwork and leadership skills with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, and geographically dispersed environment.

Required Education:
  • CSM or PMP Certification
  • bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
