We value what makes you unique so that you have an opportunity to shine.Come build your future, while being the reason millions of people find a brighter financial future with Discover.Job Description:Responsible for managing the company's financial resources for Asset Liability Measurement, Funds transfer pricing, Funding Analytics, Interest Rate Risk Management, Capital Planning, Liquidity Analysis and Balance sheet Analysis. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.Responsibilities

Maintains, builds, or enhances the reporting and analytics capabilities for various committee, board, and investor presentations.

Focuses on analytics and reporting of macroeconomic and market data trends for Discover and competitors.

Oversees and helps with various technology and automation initiatives to enabling capabilities as it pertains to Treasury technologies.

Understands processes regarding Asset Liability Measurement, Funds Transfer Pricing, Funding Analytics, Interest Rate Risk Management, Capital Planning, Liquidity Analysis, Balance Sheet Analysis, and Peer Market Reviews.

Effectively communicates with key internal and external stakeholders supporting reporting and product owner initiatives.

Minimum QualificationsAt a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

Bachelor’s Degree inEconomics, Finance, Business, or related field

6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Banking/Financial Services or related field

Preferred QualificationsIf we had our say, we’d also look for:

Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Product Management, or related field

Project Management

Macroeconomic and market data experience

Python, Stata, PERL, R

6+ years of experience in Treasury or Finance

#LI-EB1Compensation:The base pay for this position generally ranges between $86,500.00 to $145,700.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
