Description:Summary: Starts ASAP, 90 days (possible extension), full 40 hr. weekHybrid is preferredReports to the Sr. Digital DesignerThe ideal candidate is a talented web designer with a keen eye for detail when it comes to working with photography, imagery, and other digital assets to build engaging and effective consumer experiences. Primary Duties Produce and execute creative as needed that meets goals and objectives of written and verbal briefs with direction from Senior Digital Designer. Responsible for the creation, production, execution, and versioning of ongoing digital content within assigned areas; emails, banner ads, website, social and mobile specific creative. Follow brand standards, web style guides, templates, processes, and direction on assigned projects to ensure each brand maintains its unique visual identity. Optimize web graphics to ensure maximum download speed while maintaining high visual quality. Work within Content Management System and design templates to make creative updates. Ensures weekly deadlines are met. Maintain organized archive of ongoing design projects for later reference. Using internal experts’ recommendations, create variations of content for segmentation and A/B testing across all digital channels. Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.Skills:Adobe Creative Suite, photoshop, InDesign, after effects, Web Design, HTML/CSS, CMS, Content Management Systems, eCommerce, Motion graphicsAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Degree in visual design or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of web/digital design experience, eCommerce specific experience a plus Working knowledge of HTML/CSS Keen eye for detail in photography, imagery, and digital assets Experience with web graphic optimization techniques Knowledge of various Adobe Creative Suite programs including, but not limited to, XD, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects.
