Join us as we take flight!Job overviewThis role will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to: Assist Program Management, day to day administration, track action progress, maintaining schedule for program team, and assisting with additional office tasks as needed
Act as the admin of program general manager
Job Responsibilities
Works under direct supervision of the general manager and program managers of programs
Provides administrative assistance to programs by providing secretarial, clerical and other management support
Control of activities agenda, word processing, documents filing, office supplies, and preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and graphs for presentations for general manager
Basic Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
