Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the industry of knowledge and records management, based in New York, NY, United States. The role of UT-GA-5110-Knowledge / Records Management-ENT is central to our operations, focusing on providing customer and traffic data support, utilizing a variety of skills including customer service, sales, office functions, and materials handling.Responsibilities include: Ensuring compliant business shipments, both domestic and international, adhering to commercial and military requirements for customer orders and internal repairs and overhauls. Managing the transfer and shipments of materials between sites. Verifying the accuracy of ECO Shipping terms and providing customer service skills in verbal, written and face-to-face interactions with both internal and external customers. Accurately uploading data within the SAP ERP system and customer specific portals. Overseeing current levels of packaging materials inventory and reviewing and approving invoices. Documenting and managing the inventory of customer containers. Accurately filing and scanning documents for customer, internal, and financial audits. Supporting the induction of customer sales and work orders for commercial and military programs. Extracting data from SAP for reporting information. Creating accurate military documents for shipments. Reviewing contracts and customer purchase order flow down requirements. Supporting customer requests, traffic activities, and contract administration activities as required.
