We are adding to our team with experienced Concrete Finisher/Laborers. Candidates must be able to work around the greater Milwaukee area. Company benefits include great wages, health insurance, and a 401(k). Occasional overtime available. This is full time, steady employment. Focus is on forming and finishing to complete commercial concrete projects.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
4+ years of experience forming and finishing concrete.
Experienced with trowel machines and techniques/methods of finishing flat and super-flat floors preferred.
Ability to work off shift hours and overtime as required
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Smooths and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, slabs, elevated slabs, and sitework
Ability to tie rebar, puddle concrete, assist with form building and setup (wood and metal), erect scaffolding as needed, and move job site materials where needed per project specs.
Spread concrete to specified depth and workable consistency
Finishes concrete surfaces using power trowel; rub and patch concrete
Loads, transports, and unloads tools, equipment, and supplies required for each project
Perform minor maintenance and cleaning activities with tools and equipment
Can work in a high production environment with safety top of mind.
Perform other duties as assigned
Possess your own hand tools (carpentry pouches complete with hammer, speed square, tape, pencil, trowels etc.)
