Specialized Experience Required: To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled such as: Develop/review/analyze and manage the contract acquisition process to determine solutions to logistics problems; through contract management and oversight, utilize and refine mission techniques to support the acquisition process (e.g. supply, maintenance, and transportation); maintain contact with military/civilian stakeholders to develop/review/analyze the acquisition process; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical contract documents are adequate/accurate (e.g. review of transmittals, drawings, specifics, quantities, and budget). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
