QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER (NECRIA-22-0295-W): Bowhead seeks a Quality Control Manager to support the upcoming Network Enterprise Center-Rock Island Arsenal (NEC-RIA) located at the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, IL. This contract will Provide Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Information Management (C4IM) services to organizations and users. Moreover, personnel will deliver comprehensive, integrated, end-to-end IT services that include, but are not limited to, Network and Switch Operations, Systems Administration, Systems Integration and Testing, Configuration Management (hardware and software), Infrastructure Management, Network Administration, End-User Support, Fielding of Hardware and Software, Quality Control, Information and Network Security Services, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) software, and Database Support. Essential duties may include: - Manages, plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production/service consistent with established standards. - Manages the development and analysis of statistical data and specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy.
